摘    要:利用 H- 80 0透射电镜、WE- 10型万能拉伸试验机和 MM- 2 0 0型磨损试验机研究了碳化钨颗粒与高铬铸铁的界面结合问题 ,并对去除碳化钨颗粒表面的氧化膜和造渣过程进行了热力学计算。结果表明 ,由于 Si- Ca合金对于 WC颗粒表面稳定氧化膜 WO3 的还原造渣作用 ,改善了 WC颗粒与高铬铸铁的界面结合 ;当 WC含量为 2 0 %时 ,WC颗粒与高铬铸铁的界面结合最佳

Abstract:The interface connecting between WC particles and high chrome cast iron was studied by using H 800 TEM, WE 10 and MM 200 testers, and the courses of removing WO 3 film on the WC particles and conducting the slag were analyzed with the help of thermodynamic calculations. The results showed that stable WO 3 film can be removed by Si Ca alloy because of its disoxidation and slagging, leading to excellent interface connecting between WC particles and high chrome cast iron, and that the interface connecting is best when 20%WC(Wt.%).
