球墨铸铁箱体铸件的生产

介绍了缓速器箱体铸件的技术要求及技术难点.为确保铸件质量,采用CAE软件对铸件进行凝固模拟分析,严格控制炉料质量和铁液化学成分,采用合理的球化、孕育处理工艺,4件铸件试生产结果显示：铸件表面质量良好,力学性能达到规定要求,铸件超声波探伤和表面着色探伤检测均达到了客户的要求,机械加工后没有发现任何铸造缺陷.

Production of Nodular Iron Housing Casting

The technical requirements and difficulties of speed reducer housing casting were introduced. In order to ensure casting quality,casting solidification simulation analysis was conducted by using CAE software, quality of melting charge and chemical composition of iron melt was strictly controlled,rational nodularizing process and inoculating process were adopted. The trim production result of 4 pcs castings showed：the casting surface quality was good,mechanical properties reached requirements,the results of both the UT and Dye penetration inspections reached client＇s requirements, and no defects was revealed after machining.
