高压油气管线的在役焊接修复技术进展

摘    要:综述了高压运行油气管线在役焊接修复的意义、分类、工艺特点和存在的主要问题,总结分析了最近几年国外在在役焊接烧穿和最小线能量方面的最新研究成果。在分析了我国油气管线的特点和焊接修复技术现状的基础上,提出了在我国开展在役焊接修复研究应注意的问题。

Abstract:The signification, sorts, technology characteristic and main problem of repair running pressurized oil & gas pipeline by in-service welding were summarized in this paper. The latest research production on burn-through and minimum heat input of in-service welding in foreign countries was summarized and analyzed. On he base of analyzing the characteristic of oil & gas pipelines and present status of repairing by welding of our country, the key problem of developing in-service repairing by welding in our country what should be attended was put forward.
