摘 要: | 利用大量的生产和实验资料 ,分析了煤泥粒度对浮选的影响、粗煤泥分选的有效设备及细煤泥的分选方法。提出煤泥浮选最佳粒度范围为 0 .2 5~ 0 .0 74mm;+ 0 .2 5mm的煤泥应采用加工费用低的重选设备 ;- 0 .0 74mm细煤泥应根据煤泥特性采用更有效的处理方法

Discussion on the optimal particle size in coal flotation |

Abstract: | Based on large volume of operation and experiment data, analyses were made on the influence of particle size in coal flotation, the effective equipment for coarse slime separation and effective method for fine slime separation. Proposal was given that: the most suitable size range in coal flotation be 0.25~0 075mm; low-cost gravitational equipment be employed for separation of +0.25mm coarse fines; more effective method be chosen for -0.075mm fine fraction according to its characteristics. |
