一种基于PWM控制的高性能单相变频器设计

摘    要:通过对某国家重点实验室进口设备所配套的单相电容电动机电源的改造,介绍了一种基于PWM控制的高性能单相变频器。该变频器采用特定的谐波消除方法,生成PWM开关控制信号,使单相交流电源电压基波含量高f、/u变化范围宽,基本消除了低次谐波。详细介绍了各单元电路的设计方法,通过实验和试用证明,变频器输出电压稳定,满足了对实验设备的性能要求。

Abstract:In order to reform an electronic power of single-phase condenser motor for one imported instrument in cer-tain state key laboratory,this article introduces a design of high-performance single-phase frequency converter based on Pulse Width Modulation(PWM).This frequency converter uses a specific method to eliminate harmonic wave,and produces one PWM switching control signal.The control of PWM switching command signal makes the high content fundamental wave of single-phase AC power supply,wide variation range of f/u,and basically eliminates the low order harmonic wave.This pa-per describes each design method of element circuit in detail.The experimentation and probation indicated that this frequen-cy converter got steady output voltage and satisfied the needs of laboratory instrument.
