| 摘 要： | 构建数字化车间,是实现多品种批量定制生产的需要和制造数字化的基础。系统研究在数字化车间环境下如何通过科学有效的工具库存管理,提高生产系统的快速响应能力、降低工具库存成本。系统开发前期分析了工具库存管理流程,提取了数字化车间生产过程中工具库存管理的共性,建立了统一库存管理模型,并设计了编码体系和系统数据库。在此基础上设计开发了系统,并结合生产实际阐述了系统工作原理与流程,验证了设计模型的有效性。

| Abstract: | Digital workshops are constructed to satisfy the requirements of multi-varieties and mass customized production and to provide the basis for the process of digital manufacturing. Tool inventory management systems used in them is designed to improve the tool management and to deal with the realtime data of tool inventory.
