| 摘 要： | Leblond相变模型可以把HAZ所经历的热循环和发生的相变过程相联系，因此可以用于HAZ相变的计算。根据进口X80级管线钢的试验结果，提出了X80钢的Leblond相变模型参数。然后通过SYSWELD数值模拟软件，利用Leblond相变模型，对X80钢各组织的相变过程、X80钢的SH—CCT图以及不同工艺条件下焊件的HAZ的相变过程进行了计算，计算结果与试验情况吻合，证明提出的X80钢Leblond模型参数可以用于实际计算。

| Abstract: | Leblond phase change model may contact phase change process occurred and heat cycle suffered of HAZ,therefore,it can be used for the calculation of HAZ phase change.It presents parameter of Leblond phase change model of grade X80 in accordance with test result of imported grade X80 pipeline steel.Then it calculates each structure phase change process of grade X80 steel,SH-CCT chart of grade X80 steel and HAZ phase change process of welded piece under different process condition by SYSWELD data analog software and using Leblond phase change model.The calculation results matches test results and prove that parameter of Leblond model of grade X80 can be used in actual calculation. |
