摘    要:介绍UGNX6.0运动仿真模块下的三环减速器运动仿真的方法,并在仿真情况下分析其啮合状况,运动仿真可以检查干涉并用于指导设计,验证设计的合理性,证实了三环减速器具有多齿啮合效应和较强的过载能力。为三环减速器的设计、分析与优化提供依据。

Abstract:The method of the motion simulation is introduced under the environment of UGNX6.0,and the meshing condition of three-ring reducer was researched base on motion simulation.The motion simulation is used to check interference and guide the design,to verify the reasonableness of the design.The multi-tooth meshing effect and strong overload capacity of three-ring reducer were confirmed.Those provide the basis for three-ring reducer’s design,analysis and optimization.
