| 摘 要： | 运用系统工程原理，通过德尔菲法咨询和专家讨论，建立了工业企业技改项目立项评价的指标体系，在此基础上，将模糊数学和多目标决策方法相结合，遵循灵活和实用的设计原则研制了用于技改立项评价的计算机决策系统；并通过实例进行了验证和讨论。

| Abstract: | An index system is established by applying system engineering principles and using the method of Delpher.On this bases a computer assistant system for the technological transformation projects has been developed in combining Fuzzy mathematics with Multiple Criteria Decision Making method.The design of the system is largely in consideration of its practicality and flexibility.The system is verifyed by runing several examples. |
