| 摘 要： | 介绍了3Cr2W8V钢热挤压模具的使用条件及失效特征,分析了该模具的热处理工艺,并提出了工艺改进方案,有效地延长了热挤压模具的使用寿命.实际应用表明,模具使用寿命从2000件提高到7000件左右.

| Abstract: | This article introduces service condition and failure characteristic of hot extrusion dies made of 3Cr2W8V steel,and analyzes heat treatment process of dies, gives idea on how to improve processing measure also. It can prolong the service life of the hot extrusion dies effectively. Practical application verifies that the service life of dies could be increased from 2000 to 7000. |
