圆锥滚子轴承振动的实验研究

摘    要:以实验为基础,研究了32210圆锥滚子轴承内外圈参数与振动的关系。利用灰色系统理论和统计回归理论对实验数据进行分析,确定出影响轴承振动值的主要因素。建立了轴承振动值与主要影响因素之间的回归函数。根据该函数和要控制的振动值的公差可以确定各主要因素的公差,实验结果表明,当各个影响因素的误差都控制在公差范围内时,轴承的振动值也会控制在公差范围内。

Abstract:Based on the experiment, the relationship between the vibration and the ring parameters of 32210 -tapered roller bearing was studied. Grey system theory and statistical regression theory were used to analyze the experimental data and the main factors affecting bearing vibration were founded. The polynomial model between the bearing vibration and the main influence factors was established. The tolerance of each influence factor was specified according to the model and the tolerance zone of bearing vibration value. The experiment research shows that if the errors of the main influence factors are controlled in tolerance zone, the error of roller bearing vibration will be controlled in tolerance zone.
