Considers that for small and middle scale buildings in Shijiazhuang area, when using air cooled units plus an evaporative cooling system instead of the air cooled unit alone in summer, the refrigerating capacity can be increased by 9%; and when using the instant steam water heaters for heating in winter rather than only using the heat pump unit, the operating cost can be reduced by 20%. This kind of air conditioning system is suitable for districts with lower relative humidity in summer and central heating in winter.
