| 摘 要： | 通过计算水平规划年的需水量和供水量，对长春市水资源供需态势进行了分析。由此分析找出了供需发展平衡中水资源短缺、分配不均、污染及浪费严重等问题，并提出了跨流域调水、污水资源化、中水回收等解决对策，对长春市水资源分配及实现可持续发展具有重要意义。

| Abstract: | The article analyzes water supply and demand situation of Changchun City by calculating water demand and supply in the planning year.The author finds some problems about water resources shortage,uneven distribution,pollution and other serious waste in the balance between supply and demand development,and proposes inter-basin water tansfer,water recycling and other solutions,which has great significance in the distribution of water resources and the achievement of sustainable development in Changchun City. |
