| 摘 要： | 高温油泵是石化流程介质输送中的一个关键设备,而其轴端密封又是高温油泵密封关键部件。目前,由于高温油泵密封的失效造成了一系列严重的安全事故。该文拟从目前高温油泵机械密封使用现状入手,总结失效原因,提出较为系统的解决方案,为高温油泵可靠长周期运行提供一种思路。

| Abstract: | The high temperature oil petrifaction pump is a key equipment of petrifaction medium transporting. The mechanical seal is the key parts of the oil pump. The failure of the mechanical seal leads to a series servere accidents currently. The article propose systemic resolve plan according to the current situation and summing up the cause of the failure, and provide a train of thought for the reliable and long term running of the high temperature oil pump. |
