摘    要:该测试台是基于LabVIEW和cRIO技术,对液压AGC伺服缸进行了加载动态性能测试。该测试系统由加载机架、液压系统和测控台构成。测试台自投入使用以来,已进行了多批次的AGC伺服缸的动态性能测试,实践证明测试台性能可靠、精度高、扩展性强,并显著缩短了开发周期。

Abstract:The testboard is based on LabVIEW and cRIO technology. It tested on the feeding dynamic performance of hydraulic AGC servo cylinde. The test system is making up of feeding frame, dynamic system and controling board The testboard has many batches testing of feeding dynamic performance on the AGC servo cylinder. The experiment approved that the testboard is salty, higher accuracy, higher augmentability and shortening development cycle significant.
