液压电梯液压系统抗摇摆设计

摘    要:液压电梯具有运行平稳、传递力大,易于无级调速,井道面积小,工作寿命长等优点。该文以200kg船用防爆液压电梯为研究对象,考虑纵摇以及横摇的复杂工况,设计在摇摆情况下能正常工作的液压电梯液压设备。静态分析摇摆情况下油液液位情况,并通过摇摆实验,动态分析液压系统的抗摇摆性能。比较其不同工况下上下行速度及加速度曲线,验证设计的的可靠性。

Abstract:Hydraulic elevator has the characteristics of operating steadily,large driving power,easy to stepless speed regulating,small lift well,long operating life.In this review,200kg hydraulic elevator for shipboard is introduced.Anti-swing hydraulic system has been designed when considering the complex condition of pitch and rolling.Special attention is paid on the static and dynamic analysis,which are realized by oil level analysis and swing test separately,to determine the reliability of the design.
