转炉铁水脱磷预处理直炼工艺试验研究

摘    要:转炉铁水脱磷预处理直炼工艺是在转炉内进行铁水脱磷预处理,倒炉出渣后在同一转炉内进行少渣精炼的工艺。在武钢第二炼钢厂进行的20炉试验,获得了平均脱磷率为91%、磷分配比(m(P)/m[P])为86.3、出钢w([P])=0.0054%的显著脱磷效果。

Abstract:The process of hot metal dephosphorizing pretreatment and direct steel-making in converter is to dephosphorize intially the hot metal in converter and then refine it with less slag in the same vessel after deslagging. Excellent results of average 91 % dephosphorizing rate, 86.3 phosphor distribution rate and 0.0054 % phosphor content in steel after tapping are achieved duning the experiments of 20 heats in the No.2 Steel-making Plant of WISCO.
