摘    要:针对红沿河核电厂2号机组发电机转子冷态启动过临界振动高的问题,分析确定其原因是转子冷态不平衡量比较大,溯源发现发电机转子存在热变形(热矢量),并在国内对该型转子首次在现场进行动平衡试验,一次加重将过临界振动有效降低,为同类型发电机转子一阶动平衡积累了宝贵数据。

Abstract:For the problem of No.2 generator critical velocity high vibration during cold-state startup in Hongyanhe Nuclear Power Plant,it is found that the cause is great imbalance of the rotor at cold-state.Trace to the source to discover the existence of thermal deformation(thermal vector),and fast carry out field dynamic balancing of this type rotor in China.Critical vibration was reduced effectively by primary weighting.Valuable data was accumulated for one-order dynamic balancing of the same type generator rotor.
