MD型双进双出磨煤机制粉系统的热力学研究

摘    要:利用传热学原理对给定的控制容积建立热平衡方程,分析研究方程中各项热值的含义并求解该方程即可得到流进和流出控制容积的干燥剂温度和组成份额等参数,借助于干燥出力核算的方法来验证所选干燥剂温度参数的合理性。结合MD型双进双出磨煤机的实际运行数据,从理论上对MD磨煤机制粉系统的热工制度进行分析。

Abstract:The hut-balance equation of the control capacities by means of beat transfer principle, was established ,the me,ruing of every heat value was analysed and the equation was solved, the temperature and constituent of the desiccant was obtained . To verify the rationality of the desiccant temperature, the size and humidity of the product were checked. The thermodynamic system of powder preparation system was discussed theortically according to the practical operation data of MD type coal mill.
