| Abstract: | This article raises student's referee ability through the elaboration in the university,can carry out of our college.The talented person raising goal,namely one is "solid two creates" the talented person raising pattern.In order to raise the adaption of time development the university student opens the new way,realizes the double wins,thus promotes the national quality to strengthen,athletics movement level enhancement. |
