基于ADAMS的挖掘机虚拟样机模型的建立

摘    要:研究在ADAMS中建立液压挖掘机工作装置机械系统三维参数化实体模型的方法.深入分析挖掘机各部件模型的结构特点,以其主控参数为设计变量,利用ADAMS二次开发功能在ADAMS中建立挖掘机工作装置部件的三维参数化实体模型,在ADAMS/View中开发一个液压挖掘机结构设计专用模块,将上述建模过程自动化,定制用户化设计界面,方便用户对模型参数进行修改.

Abstract:In this study, the 3D parameterized solid modeling methods are proposed using ADAMSTM for the mechanical system of hydraulic excavator working device. Then, the structural features of excavator components are analyzed in details. By using the main control parameters as design variables, the 3D parameterized solid models are next established for working device components based on secondary development functions of ADAMSTM. Finally, the special-purpose module is developed for structural design via ADAMS/ViewTMto automatically customize user design interface and facilitate user model parameter modification.
