摘    要:针对圆筒混合机减速机寿命低的问题.对圆锥圆弧齿轮的结构、实际运转状态及受力情况等进行了分析,认为垂直传动的结构不合理、圆锥圆弧齿轮齿形在冲击交变载荷的作用下易断齿等是造成减速机频繁损坏的主要原因,改造采用硬齿面渐开线斜齿轮减速机.传动精度高.运行平稳可靠,年创效益达36.4万元以上.

Abstract:Pointing to the problem of low service life of decelerator of cylindrical blender the analyzing was done to structure of conical circular arc gear, actual operation condition and stress condition. The analyzing think that the main cause of decelerator defect is unreasonable vertical driving mechanism, the tooth of conical circular arc gear easy fracture under the action of alternating impact load. The reforming adopts decelerator with hard tooth surface inclined gear. Through reforming the decelerator has high driving accuracy, reliable run and the profit is above 0.364 million yuan RMB annmal.
