黄河龙口水利枢纽水力机械设计

摘    要:龙口水电站装设4台单机容量100 MW的轴流转桨式水轮发电机组及1台20 MW的混流式水轮发电机组。预测建库后多年平均过机泥沙含量6.80 kg/m3,最大泥沙含量283.9 kg/m3。水力机械设计的关键:一是防止泥沙对水轮机的磨蚀及机组技术供水,保证汛期机组安全稳定运行;二是非汛期发挥高效能,多发电。

Abstract:Four adjustable blade propeller turbine of 100MW each and one 20MW Francis turbine are installed in Longkou Water Control Project.It is predicted that the mean annual sediment concentration is 6.80 kg/m3 and maximum sediment content is 283.9 kg/m3 after the reservoir is completed.Two factors are considered in hydraulic machinery design,first,prevent erosion of sediment to turbine and technical water supply shall guarantee safe operation of the unit in flood season;and second,play high efficiency of unit in dry season for more power generation.
