摘    要:锆和铪的热中子俘获能力不同,而化学性质却极为相似,彼此分离十分困难,其深度分离一直是核级锆铪材料制备领域的研究难点。现有的MIBK等溶剂萃取工艺具有设备简单、可连续操作、成本低等优点,是工业上分离锆铪的主要方法,但却存在严重污染等问题,因此研究高效、绿色的溶剂萃取方法仍是锆铪分离领域的热点。本文从萃取体系分类入手,介绍了溶剂萃取法分离锆铪的技术现状,总结了近几年来的新进展,并结合自己的科研工作提出了一些建议。

Abstract:Zirconium and Hafnium, with opposite capabilities of capturing thermal neutrons, are difficult to separate each other because of their similar chemical properties. The thoroughly separating of zirconium and hafnium has become a key to prepare the reactor-grade products of zirconium and hafnium. Solvent extraction with MIBK, a process with simple equipments, continuous operation, and low cost, is mostly used to separate zirconium and hafnium in industry. However, environmentally friendly separating methods] still need to be developed since the MIBK process leads to severe pollution problems. In this paper, a review of solvent extraction separation of zirconium and hafnium was presented, with particular attention paid to advances recently.
