摘    要:利用响应面法对微波辅助提取百香果籽油工艺进行优化,分别对微波功率、辐射时间和液固比进行响应面分析,建立二次多项式回归方程预测模型。确定适宜反应条件为:微波功率250W,辐射时间8min,液固比7:1,实际提取率为19.36%。

Abstract:The technological parameters of extraction were optimized by response surface method,and the response surface methodology was applied to examine the impact of s concentration of microwave power,microwave treatment time and organic to materials solvent ratio on the mcrowave-assisted Extraction of passiflora seed oil.The relation between factors and passiflora seed oil yield was fitted by means of multiple quadratic regression equation.The optimal conditions of microwave extraction were concluded as follows:microwave power was 250 W;microwave treatment time was 8 min;organic to materials solvent ratio was 7:1.
