| 摘 要： | 介绍了旋转压滤机的过滤特性，采用实验的方法，测定了旋转压滤机在自动控制系统中功率消耗的基本状况。讨论了操作压力、进料浓度、卸料浓度对功率消耗的影响。测试数据为如何选择适宜的操作条件提供了依据，从而使旋转压滤机在实际生产中的工作效率得以大大提高。

| Abstract: | The filtration performance of the rotary filter press is introduced. The basic condition of the power consumption of the rotary filter press has been obtained by the experimental data measured in the automatic control system. The effects of operating pressure、the feed concentration and the discharge concentration on the power consumption are discussed. The testing data was provided for how to select appropriate operating conditions, so the working efficiency of the rotary filter press can greatly improve in the actual production. |
