摘    要:对复合金属氧化物催化尿素醇解合成碳酸二乙酯反应进行了研究,优选出Zn-Mg-Al三元金属氧化物催化剂对其进行了BET和XRD表征分析,并对合成碳酸二乙酯的工艺参数进行了优化。研究表明当催化剂用量为4%,反应物配比n(乙醇):n(尿素)=10:1,反应温度为190℃,反应时间为7h时,碳酸二乙酯的收率可达38%以上。该催化剂具有良好的催化稳定性,经过4次循环使用,DEC收率仍保持在30%以上。

Abstract:The synthesis of diethyl carbonate via alcoholysis of urea with the composite metal oxide catalysts was studied.Among a series of test catalysts,the Zn-Mg-Al(2∶1∶3) catalyst showed the highest catalytic activity.The catalyst was characterized by BET and XRD and the reaction parameters were optimized.For the Zn-Mg-Al(2∶1∶3) catalyst,yield of diethyl carbonate was over 38 % under the optimized reaction conditions: catalyst mass fraction of 4 %,ethanol/urea molar ratio of 10:1,reaction temperature of 190℃ and reaction time of 7 hours.The catalyst had excellent stability for the alcoholysis of urea,and the yield was still more than 30% at the fourth reuse.
