摘    要:随着我国铝电解节能降耗的发展,新型阴极钢棒技术在国内电解铝行业已经发展了一段时间,该技术的主要创新点是改变阴极钢棒的结构、尺寸和组装工艺,在电解槽运行过程中显著降低铝液中的水平电流,提高电解槽磁流体稳定性,实现电解槽的高效平稳生产,达到降低电解铝能耗的目的。

New Technology of Cathode Steel Stick and Application to Production Practice of 350 kA Electrolytic Cell
Abstract:With the development of aluminium electrolysis energy saving technology in our country, the new cathode steel stick technology has developed for quite a period in domestic electrolytic aluminum industry.The main innovation points of this technology is to change the cathode steel bar structure, size and assembly process, to significantly reduce the level cur-rent through the aluminum liquid in the process of electrolytic tank operation, and enhance stability of cell magnetic fluid, realizing high-efficient and steady production of electrolytic cell, achieving the purpose of reducing the energy consumption in the electrolytic aluminium production.
