基于风险管理的供电企业经营安全研究

随着风险管理在供电企业中的全面推进,风险防范意识在供电企业逐渐形成,但依然存在很多隐患。本文通过介绍风险管理的相关理论,结合供电企业的特点对经营安全进行了分析,找出了影响供电企业在经营过程中存在的风险,对供电公司经营安全提出了风险管理的相关建议。

The Power Supply Enterprise Operation Safety Research Based on Risk Management

With the risk management promoted comprehensively,the risk prevention consciousness gradually formed in the power supply enterprise.However,there still existing many hidden problems.This paper introduces the related theory of risk management,combines with the characteristics of the power supply enterprise to analyze the operation safety,and finds out the risks which influence operating process in the power supply enterprise.It puts forward relevant suggestions of risk management about power supply companies operating safety.
