摘    要:为缓解间隔式PBL剪力键端部受力集中的问题,提出一种斜板PBL剪力键.通过四组共16个推出试件的加载试验,研究了直板与斜板PBL剪力键的受剪承载力、刚度及变形性能.研究结果表明:直板剪力键与斜板剪力键受剪承载力相当,斜板剪力键具有较高的抗剪刚度和较好的变形能力.当考虑端部承压作用时,斜板剪力键的受剪承载力随肋板角度变化...

Abstract:To alleviate the problem of force concentration in discontinuous PBL shear connectors,an alternative PBL connector was developed by rotating ribs. Through the monotonic push-out tests of 16 specimens in four groups, the shear bearing capacity, stiffness and deformation performance of standard and inclined PBL shear connectors were compared and studied. The results show that the shear bearing capacity of standard PBL shear connectors is equivalent to that of inclined PBL shear connectors, and inclined PBL shear connectors have higher shear stiffness and better deformation behavior compared to the standard ones. When the end bearing is considered, the shear capacity of the inclined PBL shear connectors changes little with the variation of the rib angle. Otherwise, the shear capacity increases with the rib angle. The shear capacity increases by 71.2% when the rib angle changes from 0° to 15°. The shear bearing capacity of the inclined PBL shear connectors increases with the thickness of the rib plate. When the thickness of ribs is relatively small, the failure mode is bending deformation of the rib with a relatively small shear bearing capacity. When the thickness of ribs is relatively large, the failure mode is concrete cracking, which ensures a relatively high shear bearing capacity. The shear capacity increases by 36.1% when the thickness of the rib changes from 6 mm to 12 mm. Based on the analysis of shear mechanism, the calculation formula for the standard and inclined PBL shear connectors was proposed, and the calculated results are in good agreement with the experimental results.
