摘    要:本实验建立了鸡肉中喹诺酮类、磺胺类、氯霉素类、四环素类兽药残留的液相色谱-串联质谱快速测定方法.研究了鸡肉中4类兽药残留的提取、净化前处理条件,试样用2.5%甲酸乙腈溶液提取,滤过型多壁碳纳米管小柱净化,Accucore VDX色谱柱梯度分离,三重四极杆质谱测定,基质标准曲线法定量.同时以电喷雾离子源正模式和负模式扫描...

Determination of veterinary drug residues in chicken by multi-walled carbon nanotube column-liquid mass spectrometry

Abstract:A rapid determination method for quinolones,sulfonamides,chloramphenicol and tetracycline residues in chicken was established by liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry.The extraction and pretreatment conditions of four kinds of veterinary drug residues in chicken were studied.The samples were extracted with 2.5%formic acid acetonitrile solution,purified by filter multi-wall carbon nanotubes,separated by Accucore VDX gradient chromatographic column,determined by triple quadrupole mass spectrometry,and quantified by matrix standard curve method.At the same time,positive and negative scanning mode and multiple response monitoring(SRM)mode were used for collection and analysis.The results showed that the linearity of the four kinds of veterinary drug residues in chicken was good,the correlation coefficients were 0.9946~0.9999,and the detection limits were 1.0~20μg/kg.The recoveries were 74.3%~118.6%at three concentrations of 5μg/kg,10μg/kg and 20μg/kg,and the precision(n=6)ranged from 1.1%to 11.3%.The purification effect of multi-walled carbon nanotube column is good.The method is simple,rapid and reliable,and suitable for rapid qualitative and quantitative analysis of veterinary drug residues in chicken.
