摘    要:针对传统铅酸蓄用电设备异常监测系统监测准确率较低的问题,设计基于最小二乘法辨识模型的铅酸蓄电池在线监测系统。利用单体电池传感器的模块和基于电池组数据的集中器模块,构成硬件设备;利用上位机单元收集和存储电池电流以及电压数据,识别电池二阶模型参数;凭借最小二乘法计算出电池的荷电状态、电压、电流和内阻值,实现电池在线监测。实验证明,所提方法能够很好监测出电池电压、放电和寿命参数。

Abstract:Aiming at the problem of poor monitoring accuracy of the traditional leadacid storage power equipment abnormality monitoring system,an online monitoring system for leadacid batteries based on the least square method identification model is designed.A hardware device is established by using a single battery sensor module and a concentrator module based on battery pack data while the battery secondorder model parameters are identified by using the upper computer unit to collect and store battery current and voltage data,and the battery online monitoring can be achieved by taking the least square method to calculate the state of charge,voltage,current,and internal resistance of the battery.Experiment results show that the proposed method can well monitor and get the voltage,discharge and life parameters of the battery.
