巴里坤煤矿通风阻力测定与分析

摘    要:矿井通风阻力测定是矿山通风工作中一项重要内容,是获取实际井巷风阻和矿井通风阻力分布的唯一手段。为准确掌握巴里坤煤矿通风系统现状,采用用精密气压计基点测定法,对巴里坤煤矿矿井通风阻力进行测定。通过数据整理分析得出通风阻力测定结果为296.81 Pa,矿井等积孔为4.36 m2,矿井总回风量为3786.72 m3/min,矿井进风段阻力占总阻力42.27%,矿井通风难易程度为容易,为科学有效优化矿井通风系统提供了数据支持。

Abstract:The measurement of mine ventilation resistance is an important content in mine ventilation.It is the only means to obtain the actual roadway wind resistance and mine ventilation resistance distribution.In order to accurately grasp the current situation of ventilation system in Balikun coal mine,the ventilation resistance of Balikun coal mine is measured by using the base point measurement method of precision barometer.Through data sorting and analysis,it is concluded that the measurement result of ventilation resistance is 296.81 Pa,the equal volume hole of the mine is 4.36 m2,the total return air volume of the mine is 3786.72 m3/min,the resistance of the air inlet section of the mine accounts for 42.27%of the total resistance,and the difficulty of mine ventilation is easy,which provides data support for scientific and effective optimization of mine ventilation system.
