运河煤矿通风系统改造优化设计及应用

摘    要:根据运河煤矿生产接续规划,未来矿井生产布局及生产系统将发生较大调整,届时将直接导致矿井实际需要风量增大,为保证矿井均衡稳定生产,现主要通风机供风能力将不能满足矿井未来生产需求。通过方案比选,提出采用更换目前主要通风机的方式,解决井下风量不足问题,从而保证矿井通风系统稳定和安全生产。

Abstract:According to the production continuity planning of Yunhe Coal Mine,the production layout and production system of the mine will be greatly adjusted in the future,which will directly lead to the increase of the actual air volume required by the mine.In order to ensure the balanced and stable production of the mine,the air supply capacity of the main ventilator will not be able to meet the future production demand of the mine.Therefore,this paper,through scheme comparison and selection,proposes to replace the current main ventilator to solve the problem of underground air shortage,so as to ensure the stability of mine ventilation system and safe production.
