不同配风方式对W型火焰锅炉炉内流动的影响

摘    要:针对某1 025 t/h W型火焰锅炉过热器超温、火焰稳定性差等问题,建立了冷态试验台,对炉内流动状况进行了模化试验。利用FLUENT软件对炉内一、二次风配比进行了数值模拟计算,阐明了不同配风方式对W型火焰锅炉炉内流场的影响。

Abstract:Aiming at the problems encountered by a 1 025 t/h W-shape flame boiler,such as superheater overheating and poor flame stability etc.,simulation tests on flow characteristics in the furnace were carried out on a cold state test rig.By numerically simulating the distribution ratio of primary to secondary air with software FLUENT,the influence of different air distribution modes on flow characteristics in the furnace of W-shape flame boilers is then obtained.
