孤岛减渣生产道路沥青的可行性研究

摘    要:对孤岛减压渣油异丁烷馏分脱沥青及掺兑催化油浆脱沥青的脱油沥青生产道路沥青的可行性进行了研究。结果表明:孤岛减压渣油掺兑催化油浆脱沥青获得的脱油沥青的延度有所改善,在相同的收率下获得的脱沥青油的性质更好。在适宜的条件下,脱油沥青的主要指标满足道路沥青标准。

Abstract:Solvent deasphalting is an important technique for inferior residue upgrading. The feasibility of producing paving asphalt from Gudao vacuum residue blended with FCC decant oil using deasphalting process with i-C4 fraction as solvent was investigated. The experimental results show that the properties of deoiled asphalt was improved especially in the ductility.While the quilty of deasphalting oil was better than that of common deasphalting process. The qualified paving asphalt can be acquired by controlling the process at properly conditions.
