液压机的PLC改造及变压边力控制

摘    要:对四柱式万能液压机进行了PLC改造,实现了液压机的基本动作;把控制定压边力的普通溢流阀改为比例溢流阀,结合PLC控制技术与电液比例控制技术,采用2-PID闭环控制,实现了变压边力控制,满足了变压边工艺要求,提高了设备的控制水平.

Abstract:Omnipotent hydraulic press with four poles has been PLC renovated to making the basic action come true.The overflow valve to control the constant blank holder force is changed to the proportion overflow valve.With the technology of PLC and the electricity-liquid control,the 2-PID closed-loop control is adopted to achieving the variable blank holder force control.By the mode,the technical need of variable blank holder force can be satisfied and the control level of the hydraulic press can be improved.
