| 摘 要： | 分析了车轮挡圈成形工艺特点，设计了一副缩口、成形两工住模具，介绍了该模具的结构及设计要点和使用要求。实践证明，设计方案可行，模具工作平稳，操作方便，安全可靠，生产效率高，降低了生产成本，满足批量生产的要求。

| Abstract: | In this paper the characteristics of the wheel flange forming process,the design of a two-station mold combining necking and forming are analyzed,Then the mold structure,the design features and application requirements are explained.Practice has proved that the design is feasible,the work of the mould is smooth,easy to operate,safe,reliable,in high production efficiency,which can reduce production costs and meet production requirements. |
