| Abstract: | Since the professional curriculum of microelectronics is too theoretical, both teaching materials and course teachings are somewhat difficult in higher vocational colleges. Aiming at the problems in teaching Physics of Semiconductor Devices and based on the course characteristics, the article brings forward some suggestions on how to teach the course well in higher vocational college. |
