| Abstract: | Based upon many years of practical experiences in the research and production of soybean milk and taking into account the current situation of soybean milk in China, the authors give a detailed study of the reasons for the slow popularization of this soft drink and suggest some solutions to the problems concerned, with a view of providing some help for the researchers and manufacturers of soybean milk. |
