摘    要:根据作者多年从事豆奶研究和生产的实践经验,结合当今豆奶生产的现状,详细分析了豆奶作为一种软饮料未能完全推广的原因,并就如何解决这些生产问题提出建议,希望能对豆奶生产和研究单位有所裨益。

Abstract:Based upon many years of practical experiences in the research and production of soybean milk and taking into account the current situation of soybean milk in China, the authors give a detailed study of the reasons for the slow popularization of this soft drink and suggest some solutions to the problems concerned, with a view of providing some help for the researchers and manufacturers of soybean milk.
