基于整体包装解决方案的振动送料设备的包装设计

摘    要:
提出基于整体包装解决方案对振动送料设备的包装设计。以振动送料设备的包装为例,参考木箱设计标准,进行木箱的设计,使用ProE建模,再在Ansys有限元分析软件中进行模拟实际的受力分析;最后得出设计合理性的结论,并将此方法推广到此类产品的包装设计之中。

Abstract:
This paper puts forward to the packaging design of vibration feeding equipment based on CPS.Take the vibration feed equipment for example,according to the standard of wooden box design,devising the wooden box,modeling by ProE,and then analysis the actual stress of the box structure in the finite element analysis software.At last,the conclusion is proved to be reasonable and extended to the packaging design of such products.
