摘    要:通过实验测量了工作电流对半导体激光器发射波长的影响;采用光线追踪法模拟计算出泵浦光在Nd:YAG棒内的分布情况,采用直接泵浦方式,设计了高效率的半导体侧面泵浦Nd:YAG固体激光模块,最大输出功率为218W,最大光-光效率达37%,电光效率约为18.5%。

Abstract:The shift coefficient of the central wavelength of diode laser under different operating current was measured.The gain distrubution in the Nd:YAG rod was theoretically studied using ray tracing program.Without the help of collimating lens,a high efficiency diode-side-pumped module was designed with maximam output power of 218W.The maximum optical-optical efficiency is 37% and the electrical-optical efficiency is about 18.5%.
