摘    要:针对我国大型电站锅炉直吹式制粉系统一次冷风机常出现的“抢风”现象,进行了较深入的研究分折。如运行时处理不当,轻则造成机组负荷降低,重则造成机组负荷为零。因此,如何避免一次风机“抢风”,就成为电厂极为关注和亟待解决的问题。在分析直吹式制粉系统运行特点和一次风机运行特性后指出:两台并联一次风机发生“抢风”现象的主要原因是其中一台风机进入了“失速”状态。并从一次风机的选型设计和运行控制两个方面提出了防止一次风机失速的一系列技术措施。

Abstract:Aiming at the airflow phenomenon commonly occurred in the primary blower for boiler direct-fired system of large-type power station in China, research and analysis is carried out in deeply in this paper. If misconduct, it will cause unit load decreased, even more will cause unit load to be zero. Therefore, how to prevent airflow of boiler primary blower has become extremely concerned and to be solved for power station. Based on analyzing operating features of direct-fired system and operating characteristics of primary blower, the result shows that airflow occurred in two sets of blowers in parallel is due to one of blower in stall status. Furthermore, a series of technical measures to prevent airflow of primary blower are pointed out from two aspects of type selection and operating control.
