瑞明电厂引风机变频控制的设计与实现

摘    要:介绍了瑞明电厂2号机组6kV引风机电动机变频技术改造项目中的热工控制方案和实现方法,即1套变频装置控制1台引风机,保留原有的电动机,在电动机与6kV断路器之间串联高压变频器;引风机变频控制改造增加的卡板及逻辑放在1号过程控制器(distributed process unit,DPU)站。改造后的实际运行情况表明:变频器的启停控制正常,电动机转速控制精确,炉膛负压调节稳定,在运行中能较好地进行工频、变频转换,引风机电动机电流比改造前下降了65%,节能效果明显。
