| Abstract: | This paper describes the idea and implementation of a 110 alarm accepting and directing system used in police station. The system acquires alarm information through a sound card, dials associated units to make contact automatically and holds meeting by telephone so as to aid the commander to react and arrange police power rapidly and accurately. |
