| 摘 要： | 为了有效地检测淹没在强噪声背景中的微弱方波信号,采用了相关检测和数字信号处理技术相结合的方法,推演得到了方波信号的正交互相关的完整数学解,在此基础上,设计数字锁相放大器实现对方波信号的矢量测量;实验表明,该数字相关算法简单有效,实现方式灵活;此外,还对该锁相放大器在微弱光信号检测中的应用进行了实验研究,有效地实现了nA级微弱光电信号的检测。
