碳纤维导电混凝土电热升降温规律研究

摘    要:根据能量守恒定律建立并求解了碳纤维混凝土电热升温和降温微分方程,得到了碳纤维混凝土在升温和降温阶段温度随时间的变化曲线,该曲线综合反映了碳纤维混凝土的散热面积、电热功率和对流辐射系数对升温过程的影响;实验测试了碳纤维混凝土电热升温和降温曲线,实测结果与计算值吻合较好.

Abstract:Based on the energy conservation law, the temperature increasing and decreasing differential equations of carbon fiber reinforced electric conductive concrete under electric heating are established and solved. Then the temperature variation curves during heating and cooling are achieved. The curves express comprehensively the effect of surface area of thermal losing, electric heating power output, and coefficients of convective and radiant heat transfer on the temperature variation regularity. The temperature increasing and decreasing curves are measured in laboratory and the experimental results are consistent with those computed by the temperature variation curves.
