宝钢高炉长寿新技术的开发与应用

摘    要:根据炉身破损机理、炉缸侵蚀机理、高炉传热与冷却等方面理论研究结果,对高炉长寿理念有了新的认识。通过高炉长寿系统工程技术的开发和实际应用,宝钢高炉长寿技术取得突破,逐渐形成了具有宝钢特点的大高炉强化冶炼基础上的高炉长寿生产维护技术,使高炉长寿挑战更高目标。

Abstract:The author gets new understanding about the concept of long campaign of blast furnace by studying the theory on stack breakage mechanism, hearth corrosion mechanism, heat transmission and cooling of blast furnace, etc. The long campaign technology of blast furnace in Baosteel breaks through by means of development and practical application of the engineering technology long campaign system, an operation and maintenance technology for BF long campaign is gradually formed on the basis of intensified smelting of large sized blast furnace in Baosteel, that allows longer service life of blast furnace.
