桥梁系杆钢索中钢绞线断裂情况剖析

摘    要:利用光学金相显微镜和扫描电镜对某桥梁已断裂的钢绞线进行研究,为查找断裂原因对表面腐蚀坑和表面裂纹进行了统计测量.分析表明,钢绞线表面的腐蚀坑和表面裂纹,在应力作用下向内沿冷拔形变纤维组织扩展,引起部分钢绞线劈裂状断裂,进而导致部分有表面裂纹的钢绞线产生斜断状拉伸断裂,二者使钢索整体有效载荷能力降低,最后导致钢索整体断裂.

Abstract:The status of fractured skein being used by a bridge was investigated by means of optical microscope and scanning electron microscope.In order to find the reason of skein fracture statistical measurements were made with surface corrosion hollows and cracks.The following phenomena were observed:corrosion hollows and cracks on skein surface extended along with the deformation fibre structure of the skein under the action of stress,which first formed the split fractures,and then led to the oblique fractures,and finally caused the overlade break of all the steins.
