从当前的阶层分立看城市公共安全问题

城市公共安全事件在全国各地接二连三的发生，已经给社会带来了极为恶劣和严重的影响，给人们生活造成诸多恐慌与不便。因此，城市公共安全问题已经受到各方的大力关注。但是从传统的视角来看待和处理公共安全问题，似乎已力不从心。这就使我们提出从社会阶层的角度提出一些观点和解决办法，以作为一种有益的尝试和突破。我们从中国的社会阶层现状出发，进而从社会各阶层的情况进行分析，并对社会阶层状况与城市公共安全事件的联系进行了剖析，最后提出了一些建议和措施，以期能对解决中国公共安全问题有所指导和帮助。

On the City Public Security Problems from the Current Division of Social Stratum

The city public security events, which happened one after another throughout the country, has brought very bad influence to the society and a lot of inconvenience to people, so the city public security has been greatly focused on. But to view and deal with the public security problem from the tradi-tional perspective seems powerless. So we put forward some views and solutions from the angle of social stratum as the beneficial try and breakthrough. Based on the current status of social stratus in China, this paper analyzes the social stratum condition, and the relation between the social stratum condition and the city public security events, and finally proposes some suggestions and measures, as to guide and help to solve the Chinese public security problems.
